1. Removing the 'coming soon' guidelines from both the app and the update file is virtually no work, I wouldn't charge you for this.
2.
a. It appears that there's a URL scheme for opening PDF's in iBooks that I wasn't aware of (it's not documented). I would suggest a link/button on each document to 'Open in iBooks'. Estimated cost £50.
b. No problem with emailing. We have two options, either a embedded link to the document or to attach the actual PDF. Estimated cost £50.
c. We can store notes into a local database quite easily and provide a UI to create/edit/view notes. Estimated cost £100.
