Fullstack (Python) preferred and deployment specialist

We need an expert in Python (Django) or someone who can write API to connect to other development language. Our predictive model is currently built on Python and would need suggestions on the right language to build this front-end with. We are looking for Fullstack with Deployment expertise to do the following.

1. Deploy currently built model to cloud (need your expertise in understanding the most cost and performance effective platform and why. We are considering AWS/Azure/Google Web services etc.)
2. Develop and design website with appealing UI. Need your creativity and vision to make this very user friendly to our donors and partners. We will work together on this to make sure we have the best design and functionality.
3. Marry the features from the model to the front end.
4. Finalize, test, deploy and launch the entire package.
5. Need advice if anything here seems missing to bring this project to life.

There can be a possibility of working on this project for a longer term should we find a good candidate who can help us.
