I am syncing a number of sites via scheduled ftp checks. The ftp checks every few minutes and automatically downloads any new files from the remote sites. The new files need to be sent to a shared folder on a mapped drive of an apple computer on the local network as soon as they\'re downloaded. From this folder on the apple computer they are incorporated into the database of the program on the apple and subsequently get moved out of the shared folder on the apple but they do remain on the synced ftp folder on the xp system. If the same file is sent again from the xp system to the apple it gets re-incorporated resulting in a massive database (1 week = 138gb instead of 8 gb). The two folders being synced via ftp need to remain exactly the same or else unnecessary downloads occur.
I need an application that will:-
1. run automatically at schedules times (ideally only when a new file is fully downloaded in the local synced folder) on the xp system
2. copy the newly downloaded file(s) and only the newly downloaded file(s) to the network share folder (which is mapped so easily accessible)
3. run on xp and potentially windows 7 (for when xp disappears for good)
Files come in continuously and they are about 10mb each. Each file gets downloaded into the local directory they are gradually increasing in size until completely downloaded.
