I have a excel spread sheet that I need to make user friendly by use of forms (I think). Each row of data I have in a master spreadsheet relates to a client. What I need is a contact detail form, a way of recording individual contact notes per client (per date) and perhaps another form that shows evaluation data before contact and after contact. Need it done quickly please.
