Brochure App for iphone / ipad

Looking to create an app for producing simple brochures. The idea would be to load into the app your own photos and text.
The home page would have options for Contact Info, Products, Company Info.
The home page would have the ability to upload company logos and backdrop.
The Contact page would have the ability to upload map images and contact info.
The Company Info page would have the ability to upload info relating to the company.
The Products page should have the ability to break down to individual products and the uploading of images for the products / projects.
This app should then be available on the app store.
