Application needs building and adding to wordpress

I need somebody to build for me an application that allows visitors to my site to build their own tshirts.

They need to be able to:
-Pick a style, ie jumper, tshirt, hoodie, ladies tshirt, etc
-Choose a colour
-Add images (both images that are already on show, which will be supplied, and also be able to upload images of their own)
-change fonts
-be able to move things around the tshirt and position them they want

Then add the tshirt to cart and pay for it.

I have a deadline of two weeks to get this complete, please do not bid if you cannot meet the deadline.
