# SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FREELANCER – NMP PROPERTIES (DUBAI)

NMP Properties is a Dubai-based Lease-to-Own / Property Leasing company focused on modern owner-finance solutions for Dubai real estate.

We are looking for a creative and reliable social media freelancer to manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence.

This is a long-term ongoing collaboration. to start, 6 months work (250$ per month).

## ROLE REQUIREMENTS

The freelancer will:

• Create and upload 2 posts per day per channel
• Manage both Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Produce AI-generated content based on our instructions, branding, and examples
• Create a mix of:

* Static luxury real estate posts
* Short video / reel content
* Animated AI visuals
* Modern Dubai lifestyle content

The content style must feel:
• Premium
• Luxury
• Cinematic
• Dubai-focused
• Modern and elegant

Our business is NOT a traditional real estate agency.
The content must communicate our Lease-to-Own model:

• No Banks
• Low Deposits
• 0% Interest
• 80/20 Payment Structure
• Open to Residents & Non-Residents

## IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience creating luxury social media content
• AI image/video generation skills
• Strong Instagram & TikTok understanding
• Good design sense and typography
• Ability to follow branding instructions
• Fluent English communication

Experience in:
• Dubai real estate
• Luxury brands
• AI content creation
