I have the tweets/updates all ready to go. They need to be randomly scheduled for 6 a day for 6 weeks to reach my audience on twitter, linked in and facebook. I have quotes, free stuff, promotional stuff, articles, video and blog updates. I have no idea how much time that will take or what a good price is.
