Social media management

We are a language school based in London looking for an experienced person to manage our social media ad's. Using effectively our budget and providing reports and generating leads for the school.

We have some ads set up already but are not happy with the amount of leads being generated. We need an experienced individual to set up the complete leads channel and give us reports and guidance on improving our FB campaigns both paid and organic.

We are happy to pay a fixed monthly fee but this must encompass reports and feedback per month and per quarter with complete justification of spent budgets.

It would be ideal if the same person can manage the google adwords campaign also.
