I need someone to Fix Facebook for me.
I run an events company. I have several event specific pages.
FB have disabled my advert manager account. I can no longer boost posts or run adverts.
I do not know why.
I just organise great events and parties. Nothing odd or against FB rules of guidelines.
I have submitted two appeals but just keep getting the auto reply that I have been bad and that they will never discuss it again and can't and won't tell me what I did wrong.
This will and is affecting my business.
I really only run boost posts. I seldom advertise for event likes or page likes. (but I did have a small campaign running)
Can you help. Can you get me back on good terms with FB.
Can you tell me what I did wrong.
I think it may be because I ran some FB boost posts when I was on holiday in France. I actually did it from my normal laptop whilst in France.
FB just don't seem to read the explanation. I have had no fraudulent or suspicious activity on my account.
Can you help? I have no idea how to price this.
My website is www. capabilityevents.co.uk
My Facebook pages are
https://www.facebook.com/CapabilityEvents
https://www.facebook.com/LedburyFoxRocks
https://www.facebook.com/ledburyheadcam
https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Golden-Button-Challenge
https://www.facebook.com/TheMastersBall
I was boosting posts to https://www.facebook.com/ledburyheadcam just before it happened. (whilst in France)
You will need to be a FB advert expert for this job. Please show that you have experience in this sort of problem before.
I have googled this extensively and it seems to be a common problem. Too much automation at FB.
Thanks in advance. Ben
