I need someone to help with Facebook Ads

I am looking for an experienced UK based Facebook ads manager to set up ads for a mobile hairdressing business in Winchester. Once the initial set-up has been done we will also require monthly management as well.

Looking to pay £300 for the initial set up then £100 a month ongoing
