We are looking for a lively funny and well-educated individual to help with our customer's service, full training on our company vision and procedures will be given But we are looking for someone who has customer management experience and understands how to give excellent service. The role will be liking, engaging with customers on social media and Answering customers queries on email. You will be responsible for finding all comments and post on the internet and providing a high-quality response and information. A weeks trial is offered probably 2 hours every day but you must respond to comments and emails within an hour in a 12 hour availability period every day. Must be able to show experience and knowledge. This is for an event company so not technical more focused on giving fun and informative responses.
