We are looking for an SEO specialist to undertake a full technical audit of our ecommerce website. The website is built on a Magento platform and we therefore need someone with experience of this preferably with a developer background.
The audit needs to include the following:
1. The configuration of the website - This is to include looking at meta information, site content, URLs, site structure, sitemaps and robots.txt to see if these are optimised for SEO.
2. An in depth look at our technical SEO - This should include checking for duplicate content, duplicate indexed pages, crawl issues, JavaScript issues, checking of redirects and ensuring the site is optimised for mobile. As well as checking the site speed for both mobile and desktop.
3. A detailed investigation into an attribute strategy which was implemented on the website to increase site depth by creating landing pages using filters with targeted keywords. To investigate whether or not it has had a positive or negative impact on the website’s SEO.
4. A thorough look into our Analytics to check the website’s visibility in rankings and to detect any issues.
5. Checking of the link profile.
6. A complete report of the above with recommended actions to fix any issues found.
