Digital Marketing Executive
Contract or freelance role
Primarily working on site (London NW1)
Minimum 3 days per week
Aim of Role
To manage delivery of the agreed digital marketing strategy across multiple channels and practice areas, optimising and updating activity as required to improve performance in terms of improving visibility, traffic and relevant enquiries.
Background
Award wining firm Osbornes, is currently undergoing a digital marketing transformation project to improve the levels of activity and results from digital channels.
Within a new overall strategy, you will take ownership for the specification, creation, delivery, optimisation and reporting of a range of digital marketing lead generation campaigns. These strands will co-ordinate with internal objectives and external events such as key PR activities.
The majority of campaigns are planned around different practice areas such as personal injury, family law and property and so will target very different audiences. They are mainly B2C with some B2B campaigns.
These are supported by always on or sitewide activity to support the overall brand and improve performance in organic search.
Responsibilities
The primary areas of responsibility will be day to day management of:
Search Engine Optimisation
Paid Search
Paid Social
Conversion Rate Optimisation
Analytics
You will mainly be working alongside an existing internal business development team and an external PR team, with some strategic oversight provided by a senior external consultant.
Experience
Key required experience includes:
Managing multichannel and multi language integrated digital marketing campaigns
Lead generation online
Working in competitive B2C sectors in search results
Paid channels including social, search and retargeting
Desirable experience includes:
Professional services
Working with external PR or content resources
Local SEO and campaigns
B2B digital marketing and lead generation
Conversion rate optimisation
Skills
Management and optimisation of paid digital channels
Used to managing multiple workflows, campaigns and streams at once
Able to analyse data and spot opportunities to improve performance
Can communicate activities and results to a range of audiences
Attitude
Able to understand a wide range of areas of practice and work with a range internal stakeholders
Highly professional at all times
Proactive and able to press on with agreed workplan
Results focused and accountable
Adaptable and willing to recognise and recommend when a change in direction may be needed
Team worker comfortable dealing with a range of partners
The firm is open to different ways of working. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to 3 days per week with one day working from our North London office.
