Hi! We are Richmond English School, a small-ish but ambitious English as a Foreign Language School based in South West London. My name is Tom, and I'm the School Director.
We are currently looking for somebody to come in on a part-time basis to help us with the digital marketing, and one or two other things.
Before reading any further please note that I'm looking for somebody who can come in for a face-to-face meeting once a week or so, so that we can chew the cud, make plans, set targets etc.
Of course, I'm happy for most of the work itself to be done offsite but DEFINITELY need to chat with you in real life on a regular basis, because that's simply the way I prefer to work : )
Therefore it's going be be extremely helpful if you're London based, and ideally South West London based.
What are we looking for?
This is more than just google adwords really: while I'm looking for somebody primarily to keep our google campaigns up to date, the job would also involve giving us a hand with the facebook, doing things like helping us change the website, uploading blog posts, videos, and perhaps making an intelligent suggestion or two about other marketing avenues that we might consider exploring etc etc...
If you're technically minded and good at using things with an on-button, then that's great and a definite requirement for the job, but if you can also help us think about marketing in a more general sense then that's perfect.
Ideally, as said before, you would be able to come in once a week, even if it's just for 40 minutes, and then anything else you could do either in our office or from your own one.
Please don't hesitate to pick up the phone if you'd like to chat about any of this, including pay rates etc. The numbers I put in the boxes below are fairly random - it can all be discussed...
All the details you need are on our website...
While we're a small company, and I'm unable to offer you instant fame and riches, on the plus side I'd say that we offer an extremely friendly and welcoming environment, and are actively trying to grow the business; if we're successful in doing so, then the marketing budget and working hours we can offer would of course increase accordingly.
This is a good opportunity to get involved with a young, friendly and ambitious business, so if that sounds like you, please do get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.

Hello Tom,
I live in Finchley North London, Its a bit of a trek having a meeting every week, also around 3 hours of travel there and back that I would not be getting paid for. Would it be possible for a monthly meet and a weekly telephone meeting?
Regards
Nick
