Morning Chris,

Hope you are well.

A month ago you helped us prepare a software development and support contract, it's great. Unfortunately, in the last minute our client decided not to have a monthly contract. But they want us to help them on demand as and when work comes up. Considering our startup status we are ok with that.

I understand we can't use the same T&C you prepared. Would it be possible to send me a modified version of it so we can use it for one-off jobs and with more than one client (in the future) please.

It would be great if you can give me a quote for these changes, so I can deposit the money into PPH and go ahead.

In T&C
I would like mention below points if they are not covered
1. Any quotes given are valid for 7 days
2. Payment structure - couple of options
a. Pay affront 50% and remaining 50% after post go live support
b. Or pay 30% before starting, 40% after deploying to test server, 30% after post go live support
-- which ever you thinks more appropriate is fine
3. Post go live support usually 50% of the development time but not exceeding 1 month
-- This is just an example. And this may change on job to job basis
-- Since these are one off small jobs, we don't want to be liable for any loss or anything
Can we use something similar to what mentioned here
@ "Indemnification"
As usual, you are the master, so I trust you and leave it with you to use the best thing that suits us

I respect your time and I understand you and your team are very busy. But is there any chance you can get me a rough draft by eod today? Sorry I don't mean to push you, it's just we have one client asking us to do some work. So we think it's important we have these T&C in place before we accept it.

Look forward to hearing from you.
