Posting online voucher code to websites

I have a voucher code that I need posting to forums, blogs, communities and other online sites. The sites need to be researched and found using Google or other search engines. Then the details of the voucher needs to be submitted/posted to the site. Full details of each site and the action taken needs to be logged on an excel spreadsheet (provided).
