1) Skills Shortage – Finding candidates with the correct skill set is currently the main trouble spot in the recruitment industry.
2) Different Ways In Which Candidates Can Be Sourced – There are now hundreds of job boards from specialist ones to the big general ones or do you source via social media?

So what we now have is a situation where candidates are spread out over numerous websites and you need to access them all.

How is a job application generated?

1) Job alerts – This is where a candidate has set up an email alert to inform them when jobs become available.
2) Candidates searching on Job Boards.

When you post a job on 'Class Quick' it syndicates out through our network to over 1000 different job boards, forums and various social media sites.

So say you post a sales job it will syndicate to most specialist sales job boards and also to the big general job boards.

This then activates the job alerts on all these boards and also becomes searchable on all of them.

So instead of having to buy advertising on multiple job boards and search through hundreds of CV databases you end up with the candidate coming straight to you in box!
