Turn JPEG piano score into WAV

I need someone would can transform some piano parts into music. This is for en music school exam so what I need is a piano workalong with:
- 1 bar (6 beats) before start with a click
- 5 versions : 90bpm / 105 bpm / 115 bpm / 130 bpm / 145 bpm
- formats: wav and midi files
The parts are attached (the first line is my double bass line, I only need the piano).
As usual, the sooner the better
