Hello,
We need an app development and design for both iPhone and Android. It is for football fans of a specific team in Israel: FC Maccabi Netanya. The app will be in Hebrew so from right to left, and we can provide full tranlation of all items when it comes to it.
We have our own custom build CMS and all the data is stored on our SQL Server database. No other CMS required.
We need a splash screen, a login page with facebook login button BUT also with an option to register an account using an email.
We have a temporary logo but looking to get a new logo. We will provide the one we have so far but will probably end up replacing it once we have a new one.
We need the following pages in both applications:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Home page - displaying 1 main story + 5/6 secondary stories
2) Article page - display 1 story with its full text and its text may include embedded html and YouTube videos, photos, etc
3) Fixtures-results page - shows the result of the last game, the team logos and a few details about the game like stadium, date, time. Similarly it will show the same for the next fixture. Below these there will be a list of previous game in the current season and each will have similar details. Generally each game will also have 1-3 icons that clicking on them lead people to the game's preview article, match report and photo gallery if those exist.
4) Video gallery page
5) Photo galleries page
6) Single photo gallery page
7) Squad page - this page also include some team stats
8) Single player page - when you click on a player in the squad page this page opens. It will include the player photo, various bits of data, a short bio, facebook and instagram icons and a few bits of stats (all come from our database of course)
9) Stats AND League Table page - will have 6 tabs: league table, top goal scorers, asissts, yellow cards, red cards and cumulative stats (the computation can be done on the db by a stored procedure so you just deal with the display)
10) Advance stats page - this is almost identical to the stats and league table page, however here we will have 5 tabs and each tab will contain 2 similar bits of stats in 2 separate tables one below the other, for instance the first tab will be: 'Shots' and will contain a list of 'Threats number' and 'Shots on target'. Each is a simple table of 3-4 columns and X rows. All data comes from our database and can be computed on the database side using stored procedures.
11) Interactive game page - we have an interactive game where people post their prediction to FC Maccabi Netanya games and get points depend on how close their prediction was. For instance: 10 points for accurate score (predicted for instance 2-1 to Netanya and the game ended that way), 5 points for correct goal difference (predicted 2-1 to Netanya but it ended 1-0 to Netanya), and so on and so forth. The points here are just an example. The interactive game will have 3/4 tabs: first one is the prediction tab where people can post their prediction once 48 hours before kick off. the second tab will be seasonal leaderboard with total points of everyone who participates for all the football season. the third will be weekly leaderboard - showing the leaderboard per matchday. The last tab is the profile tab showing the username, facebook photo if they are logged in via facebook, full name, email address, phone number. There is a chance you can fit the profile bits into the prediction tab and then there won't be a need for a separate profile tab.
As I said, any computation can be calculated in our database, using stored procedures, so in most cases you will just need to take care of hooking the UI with the database + a few functionalities like the login and bits required for the interactive game.
* We want the ability to add overlay ads to certain app screens - these are ads that appear on mobile website or apps usually before a screen is loaded. Ideally we will control this from our CMS.
* Apart those pages we are considering adding a push notification feature where people can set what kind of categories they will get push messages for (news updates, updates about goals, others, etc etc) and then we can send everyone on category X a push message.
Can you provide a quote breaking down all elements, including how much it is to create a web service for connecting the app to the database, if you think it is required.
The whole project must be completed and live on the app stores for people to download by August 8th (football season starts pretty much soon after).
Thank you,
Noy and Avi
