General information for the app: Web app+ Mobile app
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We are in need of a field service management web application with a mobile app for android (and eventually iOS) - scheduling, invoicing, client management, quotes, routes, tasks, reports, expenses and maybe a little more.

Ideally, we need a highly customized clone of current field service management programs, such as or . Please look at both of these programs' features in depth as well as this scenario below before making a quote.

Prefer US, Canada and native (or VERY VERY EXTREMELY VERY fluent) English speakers. Communication is key and if we can't understand each other, there's no point in working together.

Please make a FLAT FEE quote, plus include information for rates for support and further development. If our client is happy with the program and the implementation is successful, they would like use it exclusively. We would then charge subcontractors a "per seat" use and in exchange for support, you would receive a monthly commission. Our client has been in business over a decade and it would be a nice monthly amount that could easily replace a job. Please keep this in mind in your fee, as well as programming, as we would need user logins to be enabled or disabled based upon recurring payments.

Web Based Program:

Logins to the system will be our company admin, our company employees, client's admins, client's workers, subcontractors and field workers. Each login needs to have various access levels (we don't need clients knowing our costs or subs knowing our receivables, etc.).

We receive a call from a client that needs a quote.

We add their property to our database - or look it up from existing properties. We then create a quote for the property, and attach the client's contact information - or look up from existing contacts.

+ clients will have multiple contacts (different people service different territories)

The quote is sent for approval. If the client approves, they can enter a PO#, digitally sign a work agreement and upload a copy of their PO to our system, along with other documentation (usually a form to fill out on sight requiring a completion signature and floorplans). (Goes into a pending/needs attn status.)

We will review this and convert to a Job, schedule it on the calendar and assign it to the appropriate worker.

This will be viewable on the master schedule as well as the worker(s) schedule to which it is assigned. They will be notified there is a job assigned to them.

In the app:
We are locking down our devices for only work use. The worker will see - THEIR tasks, schedule, route, documents, photos, camera.

The app also needs to have:

* Email - opens email account (already installed)
* Maps - opens google maps (already installed)
* Hotel - opens app (already installed)

The worker will open the app to see today's to do list. When the worker pulls up the job, they will be able to see the documentation (as allowed).

** Important **

** when they pull up a floorplan, they need to be able to select an area on the floorplan and take a picture with their device's camera, which will be saved and labeled as such.

** when they pull up a sign off form, they will need to fill it out by hand and have it saved to the device.

The worker will mark everything complete, sign it, and it will datestamp with submittal.

The data needs to be saved into the app and sync with the web whenever they hit wi-fi. We (and the worker) do not get paid unless this data is received.

We are notified that the work is complete, and work will be in a complete/pending status.

Web Based Program:

We check work and move it to an complete status and invoice.

The client gets notification that the work is complete and receives an invoice. They login, go to job and see have a check mark that 1) job is complete 2) PO approved for payment 3) Approved by (typed name) and 4) Signature (digitally sign) and submit.

When this is done, a copy of all photos and sign offs will be made and queued for upload to

P.S.: The stated budget is tentative and negotiable. I want a quality product.
