I'm Tural Afandi, founder & Managing Director at Genius Group - a group of eight professional service providers which provide global business services with a special focus on the European marketplace. As a part of our business development needs, we’re now looking for a full-time professional, proactive, and reliable Outbound Sales Specialist based in the UK (working remotely). This is one month project (probation period, from 23/02 to 22/03), and if the project runs smoothly and successfully this might turn out be a full time cooperation, with lucrative bonuses + commissions and further career growth within an emerging and fast growing professional services company (win-win basis).
Working from comfort of your home office the successful candidate will report to the Director of the company is expected to help with the following tasks:
• Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services;
• Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact;
• Places a minimum of 70 outbound calls each day;
• Consistently meets company’s sales goals of no less than £5,000 in monthly net revenue generated from sales activities while maintaining a satisfied customer rate of not less than 90% (less than 10% cancellation rate)
• Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
Core Skills & Requirements
• One or more years experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment
• Strong customer service and telesales skills
• Experienced with CRM software
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
• Excellent communication skills, confident disposition, team player
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Fun, energetic, and collaborative personality
• Superior closing skills
Please note that for this position I expect full time commitment during work hours 9:00AM-6:00PM GMT (8 hours per day) from Monday to Friday excluding major public holidays and the selected candidate must be able to work on this basis in the upcoming months (please consider this fact and quote if you would be available for the next months upon successful trial period).
