Experience Level: Intermediate
Do you have Call Centre experience?
Do you understand the need for good Customer Service?
Do you have experience of Telesales or Fundraising?
We are looking for 6 new agents with excellent computer, vocal and data entry skills, to work from the comfort of their own home. These are Self Employed positions for an outbound fundraising contract. If you are looking to join the new revolution of homeworking, then please do make your interest known.
You will then be invited to enter the application process.
You will not be required to buy any any start up packs or pay for information.
We will only used UK based staff and we will need to train you on our systems. You will also need to be set up on our systems. You must have a clear speaking voice, a quiet place to work and be 100% reliable. We will be paying a rate per conversion. The current team connect to 19 calls per hour and convert 25%. The charity is well known and you will be contacting existing supporters.
We need you to use your powers or persuasion and reassurance and are not looking for an aggressive approach.
The campaign will run for 6 days starting next week.
