Hi there,

Hassle.com is an online marketplace for cleaners. We make it easy for customers to find and book a regular cleaner. We also help cleaners find more clients.

At www.hassle.com we give the customer the option to book either a regular booking or a one off booking. There is no difference in price between the two.

Our customers who book a one off booking tend to do so because:
They just require a one off service, such a deeper clean or a after party tidy up, etc.
They want to test out the service before they commit to a regular booking
They think there is a contract/ tie in to a regular booking and that scares them

In short Hassle.com make more revenue from regular bookings so we aim to impress with our one off service and then later convert into a regular booking if it doesn’t organically happen anyway. At the moment we have a backlog of customers who have used us in the last few months and who have not converted their one off booking to a regular. We want to call them to prompt this.

We are based in Vauxhall, London - IMPORTANT: we would require you to come in 2-3 days a week, for ideally 5-6 hours a day for at least the first 4 weeks. After that, this job can be done remotely.
