Telesales required to book engagements (gigs) for entertainer in the Essex area.

Hello.
I am a professional singer in Essex. All my friends are musicians, and all of us have aquired our own leads/sales via tele cold calling the local pubs, clubs, and social venues over the last 20 years.
A proven script has been used, and only modified to the individual act, with continual success. Since the smoking ban, and the general economic decline, the typical social attendence has suffered, and thus, a proportion of venues have cut back on their expenses, including entertainment.
A friend of mine has proven that by relentless perseverence, the sales can be made, but may take more effort. The most productive period for these sales is August to January, as the clubs get organised for the coming year, but after working for an agency, I can confirm it is possible take orders all year round. I will be calling my regular clients during the 'hot' period, but require a telesales opperative to generate new clients, SELL, NEGOTIATE, CLOSE, and keep communication with myself.
It does not require hard selling, quite the opposite, but overcoming objections and 'hand holding' to the close will be required. This will be a commission based position.
90% of sales will be between £150-£250, and commission of 5% will be paid for sales up to £200, and 7% for any sales over £200. This will be by making sales on behalf of myself, a solo artist, but I am sure, that with a proven sales record, I will have many of my fellow entertainers happy to employ the successful salespersons services.
