Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a small financial solutions company. We deal with personal debt offering debt management plans, IVA's, PPI claims. We also broker secured and unsecured loans.

We are looking to outsource our telesales for a trial period of 1 month with a view to reviewing its success and potentially continuing on a long term basis.

We value our employees and as such look to provide you with the best possible support to help you complete the task. We will train you to equip you with the necessary information you will need to complete a sale. You will be given a dedicated number to call should you have any questions whilst completing the task. Training can be done remotely.

Data will be supplied to you and depending on the data source we may change the product being offered from time to time. Currently working on a DM campaign we are contacting clients who have requested further information/help.

We would expect you to achieve 2 sales per day from a data source of 200 numbers (you should not need to speak to 200 to achieve 2 sales). From these 2 sales we would anticipate 1 pack to be returned and complete in a paid sale.

Your remuneration will be as follows:

£25 per sale (eg 2 sales per day =£50)
10% commission on completed paid sales. (currently based on an average sale of £150, a bonus payment would be due of £15).

We would estimate that you should be earning £325+ per week. This is quite a conservative estimate and will obviously vary depending on the amount of time you put into the project.
The hours you work are flexible with your other committments however to enable you to reach sufficient prospects you should expect some evening work.

Please only apply if you have the time to allocate towards the position and have the determination to succeed and be rewarded for your tenacity.
