We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide ad hoc sales assistance to a new HR Consultancy (Bowen Vale HR Services) based in the South Wales area. It is important that you have a background in HR, or alternatively, you will have worked with an HR department as a manager or other senior executive, which will have provided a good insight into the profession.

The successful bidder will be required to contact potential clients with a view to securing retainer contracts. Hours will be ad hoc - depending both on the requirements of the business, and those of the successful bidder.

In terms of sales targets, the bidder will be required to deliver at least 2 successful conversions per 5 hours worked. A successful conversion is defined as a retainer contract signed by the client. However, the sales person is not required to actually finalise the contract - only to provide the business with the lead required to do so. A representative will then meet the referred client in order to complete.

Please note that hours will be on an ad hoc basis with no guarantee of ongoing or future work. This is the reason for contract duration and weekly hour commitment being left as ambiguous. However, in order to be able to measure target achievement fairly, hours will be sought in blocks of five.
