Experience Level: Intermediate

Main Duties:
• Undertake outbound telephone calls to a targeted clientele to generate new business
• Close outbound sales calls by making an appointment
• To achieve all sales and activity levels as set out by the company
• Maintain all diary items to the approved service levels to ensure that all business opportunities are realised
• Maintain accurate database records
• Complete all associated administration to a satisfactory standard
• Maintain excellent relationships with head office staff, prospective customers etc.
• Suggest and implement improvements to working practices and procedures

• A pro-active individual who can demonstrate previous success in sales
• Focus driven with strong ability to consistently achieve targets
• An individual with clear focus on customer service, quality and accuracy
• Tolerant and empathic communicator with excellent telephone manner
• Takes ownership of queries, problems and projects and manages to resolution
• Able to manage own workload and work unsupervised if necessary
• PC Literacy - use of in-house systems and MS Office applications
