I have recently secured a direct sales contract with a highly competitive European telecommunications company who operates in several countries including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
We are seeking experienced telesales companies to work with on an ongoing basis.
Your agents will telephone residential landline customers, pre-qualify them for the offer, before giving them the opportunity to sign up to the money saving phone packages.
Calls must be recorded as (in the case of the UK) the customer must give verbal agreement over the phone to sign up for the service. No paperwork is required. Customers details can be entered onto our online system. We must be able to have access to call recordings within 24 hours if required.
You must provide your own TPS screened data. Numbers must be called at random throughout the UK - not sequentially or by area.
You may at your discretion offer the customer an incentive (which you must supply) in order to \"sweeten the deal\" and increase conversion. A high perceived value holiday voucher would be appropriate. All incentives must be approved by us first before the campaign goes live. This is optional.
We have a fully tested and proven telesales script that you may use as-is, or you may adapt to suit the style of your operation within reason. Any changes to the script it must be agreed by us prior to the campaign going live.
At least 80% of customers your agents sign up must agree to pay by Direct Debit otherwise we will not be able to process a proportion of the non-DD customers. We will provide a secure website where customers can enter their bank details if they are not comfortable providing them by phone.
Our target is at least 300 sign ups per month for the first three months and increasing in the future once quality is established (low rate of cancellations and complaints).
We will pay you a flat fee of £10 per customer who signs up to the free service (free evening and weekend calls - which costs the customer nothing) and £25 per customer who signs up to the paid service (free calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week for a low monthly fee). You will be paid £5 extra if the customer also requires broadband internet. Commission is paid 4 weeks in arrears due to the cooling off period and time taken to receive commission payments from the telco. There are no \"claw-backs\". Full details of the service offerings will be provided.
In addition we can also offer a follow up bonus of £5 to £10 if the customer also wishes to save money on their gas and electricity. This can be offered in a follow up call some time after they sign up for the telephone service.
In addition we encourage you to actively seek referrals from new customers to build a warm market list.
