We are about to run a marketing campaign which includes two emails one sent out a week apart. Each email is on the same topic with some collateral available to download.
The goal is to get lapse customers to move from ISDN to SIP trunking. Basically an old style phone line which BT is slowing deactivating and moving to new modern phone lines, which are more flexible and cheaper.
We need someone to follow up the email a week after the last email with a CTA.
The objective from the follow up calls is to produce a cost case to sell SIP Trunking to target businesses currently using ISDN.
a) Based on real customer data, or, if not possible
b) Based on representative sample data
The information required from the follow up calls are in order of decreasing importance:
a) Copy of a recent phone bill (preferably) – If they agree to this, please continue with the list. We have had cases where they have agreed to send a phone bill, but then haven’t.
b) Number of ISDN channels
c) Number of employees using those lines
d) Contract renewal date
e) Make & model of phone system
We are looking at sending the first batch of emails out ASAP. So we are looking at the follow up calls made in 3 weeks time.
We are going to start with a batch of 60 emails. and see what workload this produces in creating cost saving cases. Once we know. Then we will look sending more emails.
If you are interested we can provide a copy of the collateral, information on the products and a SIP trunking battle card to help. Would there be anything you would need from us, except the names and numbers and the collateral?
