New Boston Mass start-up publishes legal Web sites and partners with other Web sites that place our Calls to Action (Web forms, 800 telephone numbers, etc.) on their sites. Our Calls to Action produce client leads. Qualified cases are referred to plaintiff law firms in return for an introduction fee.

Our Web Publisher Development Team is responsible for developing successful partnerships with online publishers. We are looking for outgoing salespeople who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, possess a proven record of success, and have a clear understanding of web monetization strategies. A background selling to web publishers is a plus.

The successful Web Publisher Sales Executive must be able to sell via telephone cold calling, email, and occasionally in-person. You will be responsible for cultivating partnerships with online publishers and closing new accounts. Leads will be provided. Key activities include contacting publishers, analyzing their potential fit, negotiating agreements, and closing. You must be located in the US and able to work from home.

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing industry.

- Exceptionally high level of personal responsibility and follow through.

- Experience in online media and publishing sales
- Excellent computer skills. Experience with HTML, CSS and Web design is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Low total cost of interaction.
- General knowledge of the Internet and the Web is essential.
- Easy to reach on the telephone. We are not interested in people who are difficult to reach.
- Willing to follow our systems and procedures. We are not looking for cowboys.
- Team player.
- Willing to sell. This is a sales position, not a marketing position.
- Network of contacts in the Web publishing business is a BIG PLUS, especially in key verticals such as the legal profession.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially on the telephone.
