We are looking for a part-time freelance salesperson, preferable experienced in the field of SEO. Product and service training will however be provided.
As a company we receive a regular stream of inbound enquiries for our products and services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can take those leads, generate new leads and convert them into paying clients by:
a) Providing proposals based on our pre-defined company products and services
b) Negotiating bespoke requirements in agreement with the SEO Consultant
c) Being in direct contact with leads, by phone, email or even in person if required.
d) Closing deals with signed contracts and paid invoices
The job will be paid on a basic part-time hourly rate plus 2-3% commission on all sales. Most SEO packages are monthly contracts so commission will be paid on a recurring basis for all long term accounts secured and maintained.
Hours, commission and hourly rates will be reviewed after 3 months.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
IT literate - able to quickly master new applications
Proven Sales experience
Experience in SEO field (preferable)
Located in London (preferable)
Knowledge and experience of customer service principles
Knowledge of basic business principles
Experience in drafting proposals and making presentations
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Generate, qualify and convert leads
Source and develop client referrals
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Schedule sales activity
Develop and maintain a customer database (CRM)
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company products and Services to current and potential clients
Negotiate with clients
Develop sales proposals
Present sales contracts
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client elationships
Follow up on sales activity
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Conduct market research and surveys
Participate in sales events
