You will be calling our customer base as a courtesy call (not a cold call) to gather feedback on how their experience was (you are not selling anything). Optimum times for capturing reviews are between 5-9 Mon to Fri and all weekends during the day are extremely fruitful as people are generally not working, we have tried and tested the optimum call times so by sticking to these we know the kind of results that can be achieved. By calling during the day you may make larger volumes of calls where nobody will answer your calls.

Typically as a min to max you can expect 6-15 reviews per hour based on how our previous staff have performed, your success depends on your drive to pick up the phone and call out as quickly as possible.

We are looking to pay out at 0.75p per review, at a bare minimum of 8 per hour you would receive £6, however we know from experience 10+ is more than achievable at £7.50 and high achievers of 12 or more can earn £9+. Each call typically can take between 1-3 min, you have 5 questions to ask (only numerical or Y/N answers required). The scope is there to earn above and beyond and by calling at above times we know you can be achieving at least 10 an hour.

We need someone who can instantly build rapport on a call, is confident and also tenacious with a drive to take a review and quickly move on to the next. This can be a long term contract for the right person, where in a month £525 is available for hitting a target of 700 reviews. The ideal candidate will dedicate the time to reach the target of 700 reviews within a month, requires around 70 hours a month, if you are exceeding 10 an hour the time taken on this will be a lot less and the rewards higher. By surpassing this 1st months target you will be awarded this job over the coming months, there is negotiation on price after the 1st month where we can put incentives in place for hitting higher targets.

We have an online system for anyone taking this job to call from, we require you to have a strong Internet Connection (preferably wired and not Wi-Fi) and to use Google Chrome browser to do this (easy to install if you haven’t already). You will be provided with an excel spreadsheet with all contact details for calls and set up to add content to each review and mark the scores they give. You will also be provided with a standard script, tip, tricks and tools for this and I will also be on hand for any questions throughout all periods of calling.
