We are an East Midlands based company who provide a range of property compliance services within the residential and commercial sectors.

As support for our existing Marketing Department, we require a freelance commission-based telesales agent to cold call potential clients such as developers, architects, surveyors and social landlords to primarily arrange meetings with key decision makers for our New Business Manager.

Whilst an initial list of target contacts will be provided, it would be advantageous if you could liaise with us to create and develop your own leads. In such circumstances, we would be happy to cover any reasonable associated costs.

In return for your efforts, we are offering a generous fixed payment for each kept appointment that you secure for us to meet with your identified contact.

As we also anticipate that you may be asked to submit one-off quotations as oppose to securing an actual meeting, we will also pay a commission payment of 10% on any quotes that you generate and for which we subsequently instructed upon.

The project is suited for individuals who wish to work from 1 day to 5 days
a week.

Whilst we are initially looking to instruct someone on a commission only basis, if the project delivers results we would be open to discussing a longer term arrangement including the option of fixed fee payments.

Similarly, whilst we have outlined our initial requirements, we are open to amended project proposals and we would welcome dialogue with any interested parties.
