Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a Medium sized Education Recruitment consultancy based in the UK. As part of our expansion plans we are looking for experienced business development executives to help us build our portfolio of clients across the sector. We recruit Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Other Support Staff within Schools and Colleges and would like to appoint individuals with strong sales and customer relationship skills.

Based from home you will contact Education establishments by phone, seeking out opportunities for us to help them with their recruitment activity. You will be given a list of clients to persue, and contact details. Once the client has accepted our terms and conditions, the management of the client and any roles will transfer to one of our internal recruitment consultants who will identify suitable candidates for the position.

Experience in recruitment sales activity and Education is preferred but not essential, and initial training and guidance will be provided. Our team will be at hand to support you, and for those who excel future permanent positions may be on offer if desired.

You will be paid for each opportunity you generate that is qualified as genuine, confirmed via email by the client. If we successfully place a candidate, you will be paid a flat fee bonus of £150 on top of the lead generation bonus. If a candidate is in place for subsequent school terms, you will receive £150 for each term completed! If you are good, you could have a nice nest egg paid out each term!

We are currently seeking People to support us in the following areas: The Midlands, Home Counties, South Coast and The South West. However where you are based does not really matter.
