This is your opportunity to design and create a new sales process for a well established company looking to move forward and boost its market share.

The candidate shall preferably be someone with an understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering or alternatively should possess equivalent construction industry knowledge and have good market awareness.

The candidate should be proficient in the use of ACT and will require enthusiasm and determination with a goal to succeed in converting leads in to contracts. The candidate shall be organised and have good telephone skills and would be expected to use initiative in generating their own leads.

The candidate would be expected to do the following:

* Review project leads from Glenigans
* Set up RSS feeds to capture all relevant PQQ leads.
* Prepare PQQs
* Collate and prepare project profiles
* Use own initiative to seek other possible lead opportunities
* Organise and maintain ACT database building leads and following through.
* Attend appropriate networking events
* Undertake customer feedback reviews
* Seek PR opportunities with media
* Prepare suitable news information for website.
* Prepare quarterly newsletters
* Advise on where marketing materials can be improved.

The candidate would be office based but would be expected to visit prospects and attend networking events.

The candidate would be required to develop a statistical based sales process identifying number of leads, number of quotes and conversion rates and this would be used to monitor progress.
