Product placement PR in Womens interest/Children/Baby press

Not Before Tea is a lifestyle brand, based on a children's story book.
Up until now our PR focus has been on the brand and our young director. We now want to create a some product campaigns starting in May through to Christmas (and beyond). I simply don't have the time to do this and am looking forward to building a remote press team.
I have posted on here before and have received hundreds of generic offers so please read the following carefully:
As you can see from our press page on the website, we are very PR savvy and are not looking for the development of PR campaigns/social media help/web design/google analytics and anything else that is not listed below!
We have a very strong marketing campaign for 2016 and have lots of stories which the press will love. We will write the releases/create the target press lists (just names of titles not full contacts) and are looking for someone to then run the campaign, handle sending the press samples, secure the articles and track the coverage.
The products are broken down in to three groups and because I want the campaigns to be very targeted, I would be happy taking on different people for each groups if need be:
1) Womens Interest/Lifestyle: we have a new bag/make-up bag which will suit The Lady/Women & Home/The Field/Country Life etc To include the shopping pages in the nationals and morning tv.
2) Baby and Toddler: new changing bag/baby grows/t-shirts - all baby press, including the kids section of Hello/Vogue.. To include the shopping pages in the nationals and morning TV.
3) Books: The book editors for our new children's story book. To include the shopping pages in the nationals and morning TV.
We have samples, excellent photos, strong copy (appreciate that you need to be happy with our copy before you put your name to it) and realistic expectations on how PR works!
This is to start in May and run as projects (for each product launch). Long term work for the right people.
Please let me know which of the above three sectors you have experience in, past campaigns and illustrate that you have contacts within our key publications (or at least know the process to develop them).
I do not need to see any writing work.
We would also like to run a Christmas in July press event and possible looking at sharing this with other complementary brands. All ideas welcome!
Rates are negotiable, depending on experience.
