We have developed our own accredited technology, and we make sure our clients receive world class management for their search engine marketing, online display advertising and social media campaigns.

At present we are have a need for a Public Relations expert to work within our Marketing department on a flexible part time basis.

Working approximately 4 full days per month, the role holder will have at least two year%u2019s PR experience %u2013 ideally with contacts in the UK marketing and business press. Proven copywriting experience writing for online, awards entries and case studies is beneficial. A good understanding of or willingness to embrace digital marketing is a %u2018must have%u2019.

Role Responsibilities
%u2022 Manage relationships with targeted media outlets and proactively deliver on press releases and pitch articles and columns
%u2022 Manage and implement awards programme and strategy
%u2022 Develop at least one case study per financial quarter, ensuring the company has case studies for every vertical sector targeted
%u2022 Contribute to copywriting, proofreading and editing %u2013 on message and optimised for search engines
%u2022 Understand our proposition, our positioning against competitors and develop and maintain messaging
%u2022 Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital marketing industries and associated media outlets
%u2022 Develop and maintain a knowledge of key client industries and associated media outlets
%u2022 Develop content for company collateral, including the website, brochures, direct mailers, adverts and sales collateral

Role Tasks
%u2022 Develop and maintain a media list
%u2022 Manage relationships with relevant media outlets to optimise coverage
%u2022 Devise and implement an effective awards program for measurable client acquisition and retention. This includes participation in industry awards as well as vertical industry awards
%u2022 Keep abreast of all company developments and pinpoint publicity opportunities and pitch and/or create press releases to distribute on wires
%u2022 Develop case studies showcasing the capabilities of Latitude%u2019s operations teams, ensuring all key digital marketing metrics are covered and sold in the best light
%u2022 Copywriting and proof-reading, applying SEO best practice, on relevant Company communications e.g. website, adverts, brochures, press releases, direct mailers and sales collateral
