Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are looking to have someone complete congratulatory emails to for our sales team. So I have sent an example of the template word doc and what it should look like once it's complete. I will send an excel doc of the win emails that need to get made. You will see that in the Excel doc, the first three lines are mostly the same, that is because the way the system generates this doc, it has to have a product on each line. So depending on how many products were bought, that's how many lines there are. So in this example, there are 5 win emails to do. (Lenovo, Model N, Nylte, ORBCOMM, and Unisys corp.
All of the fields are on the template, so you just fill it out based on what's on the doc. For the logo, just google the company name and logo, and copy/paste the logo on there, then for Company Overview, you would just google the company and usually on the page, you can find a quick one line about the company, or on their wikipedia page.
Then you can just copy/paste the template and send it in an email to me, so in this case there would be 5 separate emails to me, one with each template copied and pasted in.
Does that make sense?
We are hoping to enter in an ongoing agreement where I will send you an excel doc every Monday and Wednesday and would hope to have them turned around the next business day.
How much would pricing be for each win email? The number of emails will fluctuate from anywhere between 10 to 40 a week.
