Temporary account manager required to help manage clients and their expectations and service delivery in our rapidly expanding company. Temp to perm if you are interested in remaining with us permanently!

You will have a good understanding of the Internet and preferably an understanding of SEO and PPC although some training can be provided. We use social networks extensively so an understanding of Facebook and Twitter would be useful. However due to the size of the company you will be expected to self study.

You will most definitely require account management experience in a product delivery role rather than service. Some of your role will be soft sales, introducing the client to different products we sell. We also need you to help build relationships with partner agencies. We are not seeking a strong telesales person, but instead would prefer a mature approach with genuine empathy towards the customer.

This role will be based in our Stoke Lodge office near Aztec West in Bristol.

This role will be paid on an hourly or daily rate, a bonus scheme may be considered. It is expected we will need 2 to 3 days per week or possibly 5 mornings or afternoons if preferred.

We will need to seek very detailed references from past employers.
