I need marketing and sales assistance to build my new business. I provide training courses for IT recruiters. The majority of people who work in recruiting do not have a technical background, and that's a drawback when you have to recruit IT people. I need sales and marketing help to get the business up and running.
1. Telesales campaign, in January. I have built an initial list of 500 contacts who are either in recruitment agencies or corporate HR depts and who recruit for IT roles. The job involves contacting these people to sell places on the training courses which are scheduled between February and May next year. The measure of success is confirmed bookings - this is not lead generation, I need the sale closed by means of firm delegate bookings. The target for the campaign is minimum 10 delegates booked - this represents 2% of the contacts who are all relevant targets.
2. What I'd really like if I can find the right person, is a long term working relationship with someone who will act as the virtual marketing/sales function for the business. My focus is going to be on course preparation and delivery and running the business, and I need continuous marketing effort to feed through into sales. This would involve the full marketing mix - telemarketing, telesales, social media, marketing communications, etc. If you are interested in this 'virtual marketing' role please let me know. I envisage it would be part-time, but regular and ongoing.
I would be happy to get bids for both the Telesales campaign (job 1 above) and also the recurring work (job 2). My preference in awarding Job 1 will be for someone who can also do the ongoing role.
