Hi there,

As the business side of dentistry is becoming more competitive, we realise the importance of appearing at the top of the search list in Google as well as being a business easy to find. We have just launched our new website but the changes with our current company is very slow as i know they have other clients and thus this is not really the standard i am looking for. We aim to make the website as patient interactive as possible and in turn wish for the site to be easily found in terms of the services we offer. As we are undergoing a brand new change in terms of how we look as practice (refurbishment), we also wish the same for the internet side of things ofcourse.

The areas we intend to target is Hammersmith and all of London.

In terms of budget, I am not sure what the proposal will entail. Maybe you can quote me on what you charge if we wish to target the whole of london.

We have facebook, twitter and instagram. We have a new look to the practice, and we are about to start refurbishing the whole place too. We also have a USP: The Enjoyable Dentistry Technique™ developed by the Principal, Dr Bashar Al-Naher which is a technique consisting of nitrous oxide (happy air) and hypnotic/ relaxing words- mainly used for nervous patients. We aim to market this hugely.


As the website is new and needs a lot of content/ ideas added to it- I don't feel that the current company we use is fulfilling it's role. I have asked for a login so that i can include things like testimonials to the website, thus I have a login but do not know how to create/add pages and ideas I have in mind. Whenever I do wish to add something, I ask our company but they usually take a while to complete it.

We specialise mainly in Dental Implants, Orthodontics and Smile Design. As we are aware these treatments cost quite a lot, we do offer free consultations with all our private treatment. We aim to attract as many private patients as possible, enticing them with the free consultation. This currently works for us but of course we wish to attract even more.

the URL is www.implantdentalexperts.co.uk as we are called The Care Dental Practice, we purchased a .London domain and so www.caredental.london is connected to the main site but takes a while to appear.

In total this month we have 94 page one ranking across Google, Bing and Yahoo. We have noticed that some of our rankings have slipped onto page two and we are addressing this.
Our experience tells us that there is always a slight drop in organic rankings when a new site goes live. This is because the old pages can take a number of weeks to be re-indexed by Google, Bing etc.
We have spent a lot of time re-creating new optimised pages and then re-directed the old pages that were ranking through to the new pages we have created – we are confident that once the re-indexing process has taken place we will start to drop back onto page one for all of the keywords that have experienced a drop in positioning.

Google Analytics
We have looked at a Year on Year comparison and the numbers are impressive. The search into the website is 68.37% up Year on Year. We had 1,352 clicks into the site in December, 2,715 page views and the average time on site was 1.31 minutes – on average people looked at 2 pages. The best performing pages were as follows:
