Salespeople needed for subscription based website

I have a website developed that allows golf instructors to manage their bookings online. Features available include lesson management, availability management, student notes, Google calendar integration, text and email marketing as well as an online profile.

The subscription per instructor is £30 per month. I'm looking for someone to sell the system to golf instructors. For each instructor you successfully sign up, you'll receive half the profits. If an instructor signs up and subscribes to our system for 12 months, you'll receive £15 each month they subscribe.

Note, I can't afford to pay you any basic rate. You'll only get paid when the site gets paid by a subscriber.
