We are a small HR consultancy working predominantly with small to medium sized charities and not-for-profit enterprises offering a comprehensive range of Human Resource management and Training services.
We are looking for a competent, self motivated sale executive to work on a flexible basis to find and introduce new clients. Applicants will need to have experience in face to face sales, telesales and be able to work on their own initiative in a personable manner. As the job involves sales of Human Resource support services, knowledge of Human Resource management is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
We require someone who can generate leads, cold call, and generate sales.
The candidates should initially be able to commit 5 hours per week, and submit weekly progress reports preferably on excel spreadsheets. Data bases and marketing media will be supplied.
You should be:
* Hard working
* Results driven
* Able to build and maintain relationships
* Able to work with others
* Good verbal and written skills
* Good presentation skills
* Entrepreneurial
The successful applicants would earn 20% commission of all sales acquired and a further 10% commission for ongoing sales from acquired customers. Our client fees range from £300.00 to £5,000+ per contract. This can build to a significant income for the right person. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to increase the hours per week for the right candidate.
