SAAS Content Marketing helps drive revenue and customer happiness by supporting salespeople with their customised customer content offline and online. You will create bespoke and standard sales enablement content that supports different stages of the customer journey; from initial proposal through to account development.

Your role within the business will be to create engaging, informative and value driven content to help promote products across multiple brands and their services. In addition, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, report on their success and engage with the sales teams to continuously identify and develop new content opportunities. As a clear communicator, you will ideally have good understanding of content marketing. The ability to break down jargon and explain them clearly will be a key element to this role. An analytical mind, strong attention to detail. You will taking the lead on creating and developing a wide range of engaging content for websites, social media, e-mail marketing, sales material, magazines press releases and videos!

What you will do to succeed?

You will be happy to work with a small but growing Fintech start-up
You will support the creation of inspired and innovative sales enablement content to support our salespeople in their day-to-day customer conversations
You will write great copy that communicates the benefits and suitability of our product or service
You will create standard content for salespeople
You will acquire a thorough knowledge of Insights products and services
You will use your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of people, and service a large number of internal customers

How will you do this?
Follow brand and tone of voice guidelines
Create relevant, engaging and timely sales content as required by your stakeholders
Draft a range of marketing and sales enablement content, with emphasis on customised content
Prioritise duties to meet deadlines to a high standard
Deliver a first-class service to our stakeholders in every interaction
Creation of a team
Content strategy and planning
Creation of 4 articles per month

Creation of 1 large and comprehensive guide that will be used for a better SEO, content repurposing, conversions, and possibly as a lead magnet
Making arrangements for 1-2 guest posts on high-DA websites to drive traffic and improve the authority of the company's domain
Creation of 1 article for guest posting (rewritten from the blog content)
Content distribution in the remaining time (social networks, Q&A services, etc.)

What you are great at?
You will have previous marketing experience within a commercial organisation. Highly organised and work within a demanding environment is essential
Experience working in a team with duties in content creation in order to support stakeholder needs
