An exciting opportunity has arisen with our online recruitment website dedicated to the Sports and Leisure Sector, to develop our customer base of recruiters by CRM. Itll be very hands on, youll be given responsibility to project manage and develop the site as well as focus on increasing advertisers.

For this role youll need to be:
Sharp, bright and articulate
Full of ideas and well motivated
Interested in sport and leisure, online media and technology
Enterprising and comfortable acting on own initiative

As a given project, youll take on new challenges with energy, work well alone on tasks and projects, as well as work well within a team. Your primary role will be to:
Optimise content to increase conversions greater recruiter sales, creating advertising opportunities, progressing business contacts, targeting daily customer contacts, converting enquires into sales, cold and warm calling expected
Produce multiple sales scripts and e-shots and testing different methods of contact
Conversion tracking and optimisation
Ensure that ads meet the codes of advertising practices
Produce records of all conversions

Desirable attributes:
Experience / knowledge of Online Advertising, Sales & Marketing is highly advantageous
Experience of CRM highly desirable
Customer focused with customer service/call centre experience
Any previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial

Hours to suit, however we'd suggest a minimum of 10 per week, maximum 20.

Happy to consider commission and / or profit share incentives.

May well lead to a full time role if desired.
