We require a person with significant experience managing/setting up teleworkers to recruit and train our own teleworker team.

We are a rapidly growing Motoring Services business based in London with 120+ employees.

We would require our teleworkers to:

1) Contact existing customers (b2c) and convert them to our FREE membership scheme - approx 100 leads per day.

2) Take rental reservations, calls for breakdowns, service/mot bookings etc.

3) Contact existing customers when their vehicle is due for MOT/Service and attempt to get them to book it in at our centre.

We already have some agents who fall under our existing management infrastructure. So once the new team members have completed training and an initial induction period, they can be be assigned to a manager in our control centre.

We expect this initial project to last for around 2 months, to include spending some time at our control centre in North London, getting to grips with the roles - probably no longer than 4 or 5 days.

Once the initial team is recruited, we would expect to provide further ad-hoc project work centered around this activity.
