We are seeking self motivated people who like a challenge to join our team and help us grow. We are a new company and we expect rapid growth and as such we require a sales manager for the south east.
This is a commission only position with an OTE of £300 (uncapped) for just 3 days per week. Although the potential earnings are much greater.
You will be involved in the recruitment process so you can hand pick your sales team and you would be required to organise, motivate and lead your sales team as well as be responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets.
A background in face to face B2B sales is important but not essential.
