We have established ourselves as a full service brand and graphic design agency with an established and growing clientele based on word of mouth or previous relationships. We are not new kids on the block having developed our skills and experience over many years thus know the importance of quality and working with clients, not for clients!

Despite current media fulelled recessionary fears we are confident as to the future and recognising that many businesses / organisations will be seeking to re-establish themselves for the up-turn we wish to look at expanding our sales reach.

We have always taken a controlled approach towards sales development rather than simply take on people without experience or track record. From previous experience we know how this can cause problems be time constrained and also likely to be less successful due to either lack of experience or knowledge!

We have discussed potential partnering with various tele-centres or taking on staff however want to explore various options. As an existing member of peopleperhour (provider) we thought it may be beneficial to provide a skills profile and having done so identify initial interest.

The intent is to establish relationships with a few business development reps in specific areas, whether sectoral or geographic, and we would invite contact and at least explore the options. Details on website contan samples of portfolio and we have also established powerpoint and pdf copy that will help along with various sales development and support material but would wish to discuss other elements as the process unfolds.

We would be planning to establish a framework agreement that pays on sales at a reasonable percentage return on our services as client invoice settled post agreement. The issue of 'our services' will be specified as there could be print outputs with our practice being not to mark these up thus we will agree up front on payment process and what is and what is not included as a professional way of working.

We have established an outline person spec but do not want to constrain applications and creative submissions thus have not enclosed this or possible agreement that will be subject to joint discussions.

We recognise that, often, sales teams like to maintain client contact thus although you would be representing us they would remain your contact and thus any follow-up sales would also generate commission on an on-going basis. An example would be that in respect of a web development project there is the initial project development cost followed by annual hosting and other services that client will pay and thus would generate ongoing revenue.

At this stage we are seeking expression of interest in working together and exploring the needs and approaches that could be considered and would invite your contact through the portal.
