I am writing a report about launching a multibrand make up a retail store in London, located on Piccadilly road. I require help for developing a business environmental analysis focusing on the existing competitors within the industry, and who the customers are within the market.
The multi-brand make up store will be named: AFTERBEAUTY, it is aimed to be a one-stop destination for beauty retail and services; focusing on the complete customer experience. We will have 3 floors whilst including a nail spa and lash, extension spa, facial services along with our main business; Cosmetics & skincare retail. Our main competitor would be departmental stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Liberty that offer similar services and products and services in their locations.

We, Afterbeauty are here to fill the gap in the UK market of a Sephora ( France) and Ulta Beauty ( US ), that offer a wide variety of trendy emerging brands and accessible luxury beauty brands.

In conclusion, afterbeauty will have an omni-channel of brick and mortar retail and ecommerce store and offer spa services. I would require research to be done with the priority of retail brick n mortar being our main focus, secondly e-commerce and then spa as a minority.
